Thank you for all that you do for our parish community! We are excited to share some work we’ve been doing behind the scenes for quite a while that’s ready to roll out! As part of our ongoing effort to make serving easy and user-friendly, we have integrated the Mass ministry service schedule into our church management system, ChMS (formerly known as CCB). We are grateful for your patience during this transition and appreciate your continued support and partnership. While we’ve worked to anticipate needs and challenges, the learning process is certain to continue, and we will address opportunities for improvement as they arise. Below are key points for your reference.

​​How to View Your Ministry Schedule 

Click here and log into ChMS if you haven't already (instructions below under "ChMS Access"). Once logged in, locate and click on "Schedules & Plans" on the left side of the screen and then "My Serving" on the menu. This should bring up your ministry assignments.

 

Process

The overall process for the ministry service schedule will remain the same, with some enhancements and new opportunities! We will send out a ministry schedule, and you will be able to view all serving assignments for yourself and your family in one location. An assigned date doesn’t work for you? Just decline the serving opportunity and a notification about an open serving opportunity will be sent out to others in the same role. Want to serve more? You can browse open serving opportunities for which you are trained and opt in for any that work for you!​

ChMS Access

You can access ChMS . Enter your email as your username. If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Password?” under the blue “LOGIN” button to reset it. If this doesn’t work, please submit a help request here.

 

Serving Preferences & Blockout Dates

We moved serving roles, preferences, and blockout dates to the new system. You can check and update them yourself. Please click here to access the instructions.

 

Emails RE Serving Opportunities in Serving Roles

If someone in the same serving role marks that they are unable to serve at an assigned time, the opportunity to serve will go out to all people within the same role, even if it is a different serving time. This setup allows all those trained for a role to see the need and offer to serve if it works for their schedule.

In-person meetings work great, as her office features a large screen where you can view the information together.
