MOMS GROUP
CATHEDRAL MOMS GROUP
WHY JOIN A CATHOLIC MOMS GROUP?
Moms in this day and age are so very busy! Often moms are working full-time, driving kids to and from extracurricular activities, helping with homework, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and trying to find just a little bit of time for themselves. Come meet inspiring Catholic moms and find resources and encouragement! You'll make new friends, become the best mom possible, discover a spiritual program, experience community and acceptance, get encouragement and support, learn about your Catholic Faith, pray and be refreshed, get practical parenting and marriage tips, network with other Catholic Moms, and find joy, inspiration and fun.
WHO CAN JOIN US?
Any moms of all ages and stages are welcome! Whether you are a mom of small children, teens or adults, or you're a first-time expecting mom, the Cathedral Mom's Group welcomes you to join our monthly meetings.
WHAT DOES THE MOMS GROUP DO?
We have a lot going on! The Cathedral Moms Group has bimonthly morning meetings, monthly Mom's Night Out offerings, and a ministry that provides meals for the first two weeks after a Cathedral family has a baby and provides the Holy Eucharist for mom so she can rest and heal.
WHEN ARE THE BIMONTHLY MORNING MEETINGS?
We have two bi-monthly meetings on the second and fourth Fridays from 9:00AM - 10:30AM in the Saint Peter Room downstairs in All Saints Hall. During our meeting times, childcare for younger children and catechesis for older ones are offered. Confessions are available after our group meetings on the fourth Friday of the month. Mom's Group discussion topics alternate between the upcoming Sunday Gospel and speakers on other cultural social topics. Bring a brunch item to share if you're able, or don't if it's been a week!

WHAT'S MOM'S NIGHT OUT?
We have monthly Mom's Night Out events very third Monday of the Month at 6:30PM in Saint Joseph Hall. We choose a different activity to do including watching movies, mending and sewing, meal prep, clothing swaps and the occasional meet-up at a local restaurant.

WHAT IS MANNA FOR MAMAS?
We don’t live by bread alone!
Manna for Mamas is a ministry that provides meals for the first two weeks after a Cathedral family welcomes a baby. The Holy Eucharist is also delivered for mom so she can partake while also resting and healing. Click the image to contact the group about your recent baby so we can celebrate with and support you.
