As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.

To the Heights – About this series:

The Eucharist is the “source and the summit” of our Catholic faith. But what does this mean? What does this mean to us in our daily life? The semester To the Heights gives in depth explanations of the Mass, exploring why it should be so important in our lives and why the Eucharist is called the “source and the summit” of our faith. The youth will learn not only the different parts of the Mass but also what liturgy is, the symbolism of what we do, and how to properly prepare for Mass and to receive Jesus Christ.

Gathering Gear – A night on Liturgy

Climbing Seasons – A night on the Liturgical Year

Navigating the Terrain – A night on the Place of Worship

Otherworldly – About this series:

Jesus wants to start something new every time you walk through the doors of the church for Mass, but the disposition with which you respond is up to you. This series, Otherworldly, is about encountering Jesus in the Mass and being transformed, but it is also about how we approach the Mass and what we do after Mass has concluded. It will challenge teens to let go of whatever preconceived notions or expectations they have of the Mass so they can look at it in a new light.

Same Wavelength – A night on Jesus, the Living Sacrament

Parallel Universe – A night on Grace

Another Dimension – A night on Active Participation
