As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.

At the Cathedral we believe that to grow deeper in a relationship with the Triuune God is a journey of a lifetime. With that in mind, we've been working hard to prepare for an amazing year of spiritual growth for your whole family! We have something for everyone and we want to create a place where all members of our community feel welcome and know that they are invited into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church!

Life Teen begins with Mass at 5:30 p.m. on Sundays. The youth gather in the Social Hall (Lifeteen) and Lower Sacristy Room (Edge) immediately following Mass. A meal begins the evening, followed by our Life Nights.

Our Life Nights highlight issues relevant to the youth culture.

Our XLT nights are a way to gather with area parishes and usually happen once a month. XLT nights will include Eucharistic Adoration, Praise and Worship music, fellowship, and loads of fun.
